Memorial services for Don Loren Ward of Monticello will be held in Houma, Louisiana, on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Ward, 57, died Mon, Dec. 8, 2014, at his residence.

Mr. Ward enjoyed hunting, fishing and four wheeling. He loved to watch and support the Saints and LSU football. In addition to his friends and family, he will be missed by his two furry best friends, Madison and Rosco.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Thomas Alex Ward and Gloria Jennewine Ward; and two brothers, Jimmy and Tommy Ward.

Survivors are his wife, Jeannie Almaraz Ward of Monticello; daughter, Lauren Nicole Ward of New Orleans; son, Deloren Stanley of Houma; step-daughter, Randi Jean Dean of Houma; grandchildren, Shelbi, Courtney, Brienna, Halie and Jacob; brothers, Mickey, Alan, Kerry and Richard Ward, all of Houma.
