Funeral services for Nina Ruth Roberts of Brookhaven are 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, at Brookhaven Funeral Home with burial in Victory Baptist Church Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home, 894 Natchez Drive, is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home, 894 Natchez Drive.

Ms. Roberts, 86, died Jan. 20, 2014, at Golden Living Nursing Center in Brookhaven. She was born on June 28, 1927, to the late Earlie and Florence Reed Roberts.

She was retired from Hartley Grove and Sons. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers, Hollis Roberts and Earl Roberts Jr.; and sisters, Ella Mae Roberts Hall and Mollie Roberts Nations.

Survivors are her sisters, Lora Roberts Hall of Baton Rouge, La. and Lois Roberts Lester of Brookhaven. She had 16 nieces and nephews and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
