• Jimmy Burks, 9-15-1991, of 927 Bryan St. – Charged with failure to comply, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Brookhaven Police Department. Released on bond.

• Aza Banks, 7-22-1981, of 317 East Congress St. – Justice court warrants by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. Released on bond.

• Misty N. Beasley, 4-18-1984, of 1724 SE Pleasant Grove Drive – Charged with shoplifting by BPD. Released on bond.
