Services for Wayne L. Diggs of Mableton, Georgia, formerly of Brookhaven, are incomplete. Mr. Diggs, 64, died Aug. 14, 2014, at Cobb-Wellstar Hospital in Austell, Georgia. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
