The Lincoln County jail docket for Wednesday was as follows:

• Aza Banks, 7-22-81, of 317 E. Congress – arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance.

• Billy Burkhalter, 9-6-77, of Wiggins – arrested by the LCS for first time offense DUI, careless driving and no driver’s license.

• Shannon Knight, 7-8-65, of Bogue Chitto – arrested by the LCS for possession of a controlled substance.

• Jeffery McCardle, 10-6-86, of Wesson – arrested by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for a probation violation.

• Reginald Williams Pharr, 7-16-84, of Silver Creek – serving time.

• Javious Jeamene Smith, 11-29-89, of 839 Howard Road – indicted and arrested by the LCS for the sale of cocaine within 500 feet of a church.

• Shanquenetta Lee Smith, 12-22-92, of 1814 Brignal Road – arrested by the BPD for disorderly conduct/breach of peace.

• Jaamal Brown, 6-24-84, of 1205 Broken Lane – indicted for capital murder and arrested by the LCS.

• Frank C. Jackson, 8-15-91 – arrested by the Brookhaven Police Department for burglary.

• Alvin J. McKey, 6-12-91, of Bogue Chitto – arrested by the LCS for simple assault.

• Austin Miller, of Georgia – arrested by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for public drunk.
