Funeral Services for Ronald Gilbert Moak of Bogue Chitto are 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, at Sharkey Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Lance Moak will officiate. Sharkey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit.

Mr. Moak, 65, died Sept. 22, 2014, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was born on Aug. 1, 1949, in New Orleans to James Judson and Velma Hilburn Moak.

He was an avid gun lover and was an active member for many years in the St. Bernard Gun Club in Chalmette, Louisiana. He was a Civil War buff who loved collecting old bullets. He was a loving son, brother and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and brother, Jerry Lynn Harris.

Survivors are his sister, Deborah Moak of Bogue Chitto; and a host of cousins and friends.
