A 12-under par 58, authored by the team of Curtis Barnes, Howard White, Jerry Handy and Kenny Thornhill, won Thursday’s Senior Scramble at the Brookhaven Country Club.

In second place at 11-under par 59 was the team of John Darrington, Craig Crozier, Yogi Yarbrough, Gene Nesmith and Ronnie Grenn.

The BCC Senior scramble will be close for two weeks during the holiday season. It will restart Thursday, Jan. 8 for the public. The scramble begins at 9 a.m. Entry deadline is 8:30.

The Brookhaven Country Club will be closed for Christmas, but will be open for New Year’s Day.
