Funeral Services for Annie B. Alexander of Brookhaven, born in Mill Port, Alabama, are 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, at Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church with burial in the church cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home, 894 Natchez Drive, is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation was Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church.

Mrs. Alexander, 71, died Jan. 17, 2015, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She was born on March 12, 1943, to Olen and Velma Bowman.

She was a committed wife, mother and grandmother. She was a faithful member of Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church. She retired from Delphi Packard Electric; she loved taking care of her family, gardening, sewing, quilting, traveling and enjoying life.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her brothers, Redus Bowman, M.D. Bowman, Joe Bowman and Dennis Bowman; and her late husband, Howard Case.

Survivors are her five children, daughter, Debra Rodgers and husband, Dan, son, Steven Case and wife, Vicky, daughter, Pam Miller and husband, Jeff, daughter, Tonya Rials and husband, Buddy, and son, Tony Case and wife, Pam; 13 grandchildren, Brad and Misty Holmes, Justin and April Case, Chris and Susan Miller, Courtney and Trey Walker, Nathan and Jennifer Case, Cody and Erika Case, Billy and Christy Durr, Jessie Miller, Daniel Pepper, Randall Duke, Elisabeth Case, Ashlee Rodgers, and Brayden Rials; nine great-grandchildren, Blair, Jenna, and C.J. Miller; Tate Holmes, Caden and Cruiz Case, Emma Case, Landry Walker, and Raynee Durr; brothers, Clatus Bowman, Rayborn Bowman, R.B. Bowman, Jimmy Bowman, Timmy Bowman and Kenneth Bowman; sisters, Inez Bowman, Jeanette Greene, Edna Durr, Ellette Brumbelow, and B.J. Fincher; her former husband, Gerald Alexander; and a host of nieces and nephews.
