The Lincoln County jail docket for Tuesday was as follows:

• William P. Cupit, 3-2-94, of 10015 Sylvarena Road, Wesson – arrested on a court order by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Brandy Hamilton, 6-10-79, of 603 LOLA Dunn Road – arrested for probation violation by MDOC.

• Detrick Jackson, 1-21-95, of 924 Forest Trail – arrested for no proof of liability insurance, having an expired driver’s license, improper equipment on vehicle and disorder conduct/breach of peace by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Timothy East Leggett, 8-16-83 of 796 Zetus Road – arrested for contempt of city court by BPD.

• Juantez Lyons, 12-10-94, of 100 Fred Wally Road – arrested for burglary-all but dwelling by BPD.

• Jerry Nelson, 10-8-66, of 2138 Madison Raod – arrested for DUI first offense and no proof of liability insurance by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
