Funeral Services for Mary V. Beavers, 88, of the East Lincoln Community are 2 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2015. The graveside service will follow in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be at Union Baptist Church on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 11 a.m. until the time of service.

Mrs. Beavers was born Jan. 10, 1927 in Bogue Chitto to Harvey and Maude Bradshaw Moak. She was a retired seamstress from Stahl Urban Garment Factory. She was a long-time member of Union Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Maude Bradshaw Moak; husband, Felix Beavers; son, Jessie Frank McCullough; brothers, Walter Moak, Alton Moak and Edward Moak; sisters, Magdalene Moak Adams and Easter Mae Moak Cline; and former husband, Carnie McCullough.

Survivors are her daughter, Malisa McCullough Robinson of East Lincoln; sisters, Rachael Moak Wallace and Ruth Moak McCullough; brother, Zack Moak; grandchildren, Amanda White and husband, Danny; great-grandchildren, Matthew White, Makayla White and Mallory White; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Bro. Aron Brister will be officiating the services. Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) is in charge of the arrangements.
