Dear Mr. President/Publisher,

It is baffling to the extreme that you published a letter from a  group attacking Sen. Doty for using a tragedy to promote her candidacy, when the letter was doing the same thing for another candidate. One would think that the Daily Leader is joining the “former gentleman from Mississippi” and his low information followers to run an old-fashioned Billy Mounger style Mississippi Republican Mafia smear campaign against Sen. Doty. You’ve not been around here very long, but you should know you are fostering an element of Lincoln County politicking that many of us have been praying  would fade away.
