Services for Marjorie Jane LaFrance Beeson Lemery of Brookhavenare 6 p.m., Monday, May 8, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Lemery, 62, died May 6, 2000, of lung cancer at King’sDaughters Medical Center. She was born in Rolette, N.D., on Aug.18, 1937, to Edward LaFrance and Hazel Larson LaFrance.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Big Springs BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, JosephLemery.

Survivors are her son, William Beeson of Las Vegas, Nev.; herdaughters, Rachel McQuade of Sacramento, Calif., Carrie “Snookie”Winborne and Robin Pickering, both of Bogue Chitto, Lori Thames ofBrandon, and Lyn Shirt of Pahrump, Nev.; her brothers, EdwardLaFrance of Russellville, Ark., and James LaFrance of St. Paul,Minn.; her stepsons, George Lemery and John Lemery, both of NewJersey; and 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
