SALEM -Guard Dana King pumped in 23 points and led WestLincoln’s Lady Bears to a 56-24 Monday night win over the Salemgirls in Division 7-1A varsity action. Hanna Roberts chipped in 17points.

In the varsity boys game, Cody Mitchell’s 14 points sparked theBears to a 71-25 rout of Salem. It was a makeup doubleheaderrescheduled from last Friday night.

The Bears (3-1) got 12 points and 13 rebounds from senior centerCarlos Johnson. Kalis Fells had 10 points and 8 rebounds.

Mitchell and Luke Lofton had 4 steals. Jamie Sisco made 6assists.

West Lincoln resumes play tonight at Wesson, starting at 4 p.m.,with a junior high girls game.

The Lady Bears (2-2) got 4 rebounds from King and Roberts. Kingmade 7 assists and 4 steals. Roberts had 5 steals as the Lady Bearsromped to a 34-13 halftime lead.
