Services for Elaine Mae Bubik Trochessett of Pascagoula are 10a.m. Monday, April 2, at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church inPascagoula with burial in Jackson County Memorial Park.

Visitation is Sunday, April 1, from 6-9 p.m. at O’Bryant-O’KeefeFuneral Home in Pascagoula and Monday, April 2, from 9:30 a.m.until service time at the church.

Mrs. Trochessett, 72, died Friday, March 30, 2001, at SingingRiver Hospital after a massive coronary. She was born in Akron,Ohio, on May 5, 1928, to Susan St. Cyr of Trinity, Texas, and thelate Joseph Bubik of Gary, Ind.

She moved to Biloxi with her family at a young age, where sheattended Garenflo Elementary School, Mary Michael Jr. High Schooland Biloxi Senior High School. For the last 49 years she was aresident of Pascagoula and member of Our Lady of Victories CatholicChurch. She was active at different times in the OLV PTA and theSodality. She was employed by Bell Telephone Company and worked fora short time in Atlanta, Ga. For 24 years, she worked at IngallsShipbuilding as a telephone operator.

Preceding her in death were her father; daughter, Ave MariaWaldrup; and a son, John D. Trochessett Sr.

Survivors are her mother; husband, Eric M. Trochessett ofPascagoula; daughters, Beverly Trina Cannon of Dallas, AndreCunningham of Brandon, Susan Vaughn of Murray, Utah, PatriciaHolmes of Brookhaven, and Donna Hobbs of Glastonbury, Conn.;brother, John Bubik of Gary, Ind.; sisters, Beverly Cramer Gastonof Trinity, Texas, and JoAnn Bubik Gregorash of Schaumburg, Ill.;six grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
