MEADVILLE – The Franklin County Lady Bulldogs swept adoubleheader from Puckett in fastpitch softball Monday.

Mandy McGehee struck out 11 and also had a key double in theLady Bulldogs’ 4-1 win in the first game.

In the second game, McGehee fanned 11 and went 4-for-4 with twodoubles at the plate to lead Franklin County to a 6-2 win. KristynLovett and Casey Langston went 2-for-3 to aid the Lady Bulldogs(9-4 overall, 6-0 in Division 6-3A).

Franklin County travels to Morton tonight in a divisiondoubleheader.
