Services for Shelby Wallace of Bogue Chitto are 3 p.m.,Wednesday, April 4, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burialin Montgomery Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Wallace, 70, died April 3, 2001, at his residence. He wasborn in Lincoln County on Aug. 30, 1930, to Zack Wallace and BertieBrown Wallace.

He was retired. He was a member of the Baptist faith.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, W. A. andLouie Wallace; and his nephew, Lamar Adams.

Survivors are his brother and sister-in-law, Bernard and LindaWallace of Bogue Chitto; his sister-in-law, Nelda Mae Wallace ofBrookhaven; his sisters and brother-in-law, Bernice Adams of BogueChitto, Lois Lambert of Brookhaven, and Jewel Faye and Charles Caseof McCall Creek; seven nieces, four nephews, 16 great nieces, fourgreat-nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
