Services for Thomas Marvin Allen of Wesson are 11 a.m.,Saturday, April 28, at St. John. M. B. Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon till 8 p.m. with family hour from7-8 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.

Mr. Allen, 63, died April 21, 2001, at University MedicalCenter. He was born in Lincoln County on Nov. 22, 1937, to MarvinAllen and Lela Stewart Allen.

He was disabled. He was a member of St. John M. B. Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his daughter, JoannAllen; his granddaughter, Ruby Drummond; and his brothers, ClarenceAllen and James Allen.

Survivors are his wife, Earline Smith Allen of Wesson; his sons,Thomas Allen of Wesson and Jack Kees of Brookhaven; his daughters,Ruthie Drummond of Wesson, Martha Jackson of Hazlehurst, CathyAllen of Jackson, and Precious Goodwin of Brookhaven; his godson,Leroy Thomas of Wesson; his sisters, Bertha Allen, Helen Lomax,Mary Allen, and Precious Allen, all of Brookhaven; his brothers,Sammie Allen, Robert Allen, and Ross P. Allen, all of Wesson,Charles Allen of Springfield, Mass., and Paul Stewart ofBrookhaven; and 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
