Services for Wilma Lee Alexander Dunaway of Carter’s Creekcommunity are 10 a.m., Friday, May 11, at Bogue Chitto Carter’sCreek Baptist Church with burial in Enon Cemetery in WalthallCounty.

Visitation is today from 5 p.m. until services Friday at thechurch. Catchings Funeral Home in McComb is in charge ofarrangements.

Mrs. Dunaway, 81, died May 9, 2001, at Forrest General Hospital.She was born in Pike County on Sept. 24, 1919, to Allen P.Alexander and Bertha Ramsey Alexander.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Bogue Chitto Carter’sCreek Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, RoneyDunaway; her daughter, Audrey Mae Cothern; her brother, LuciousAlexander; her sisters, Era Mae Roberts and Eva Wallace; and fourgrandchildren.

Survivors are her sons, Leroy Dunaway of Bogue Chitto, and AllenShelby Dunaway and Douglas C. Dunaway, both of Carter’s Creekcommunity; her daughters, Judy Stinson, Kay Leake and NancyJohnson, all of the Carter’s Creek community; her brothers, Allen”Son” Alexander Jr., Robert Carl Alexander, and Daniel Alexander,all of Pricedale; her sister, Modena Bowman of McComb; and 17grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and fourgreat-great-grandchildren.
