Services for Roy Lee Durr of Brookhaven are 2 p.m., Sunday, June24, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel with burial in MacedoniaBaptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday from 5-10 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m.until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Durr, 68, died June 21, 2001, at Kenner Regional MedicalCenter. He was born in Lincoln County on Aug. 24, 1932, to Lee Durrand Katie Walls Durr.

He was a construction worker. He was a member of the Baptistfaith.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, Houston,Hoyte, Pink, and Ivan Durr; and his sisters, Velma Byrd, Katie MaeByrd, and Ruby Lee Durr.

Survivors are his brother, Bracey Lee Durr of Brookhaven; hissisters, Bernel Nichols and Audrey Nell Ingle, both of Brookhaven;and his friend, Dixie Fay Mason.
