Services for Mary Helen Hardee of Ellisville are 10 a.m. Monday,June 25, at Jones Funeral Home Chapel with burial in EllisvilleCemetery.

Visitation is Sunday, June 24, from 5-7 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Hardee, 84, died Saturday, June 23, 2001, of heart failureat SCRMC. She was born in Smith County to the late A.W. andArmantha Herrington Craft.

She was a school teacher. She was a member of First BaptistChurch of Ellisville. She graduated from Jones Junior College andthe University of Southern Mississippi. She taught at EllisvilleElementary School. She was a resident of Ellisville and member ofFirst Baptist Church for 51 years. She served the church as aSunday School teacher, GA leader and a member of WMU.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Harold ThomasHardee; four brothers, Curtis Craft, Miley Craft, Jime Reese Craft,a twin, and Charles Ray Craft; and a sister, Verna Mayfield.

Survivors are her daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and CliffEstes of Shreveport, La. , Ellen and Ron Williamson of Brookhavenand Frances and David Cooley of Ellisville; brother, Bernice Craftof Tampa, Fla.; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Danny andElizabeth Hardee of Quitman; sister, Gladys Smith of Laurel;sister-in-law, Dorothy Craft of Taylorsville; eight grandchildren;and eight great-grandchildren.
