Graveside services for Arvel Henderson, formerly of Brookhaven,are 10 a.m. Saturday, June 30, at New Hope M.B. Church.

Mr. Henderson, 75, died Tuesday, June 19, 2001, in Sacramento,Calif., after a brief illness. He was born on May 22, 1926.

He was retired from Setzer Forest Products, where he wasemployed for 35 years.

Survivors are his daughter, Cindy Payton of Norfolk, Va.;brothers, James Henderson of Brookhaven and Efphraim Henderson ofChicago; sisters, Willie Mae Friday of Jackson, Ruby Paxton ofBrookhaven and Mary McClain of Chicago; and other relatives.
