Graveside services for John M. McNeil Jr. of Point Blank, Texas,are 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, at Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mr. McNeil, 49, died Sept. 19, 2001, at his residence. He wasborn in Brookhaven on Aug. 3, 1952, to John M. McNeil Sr. and JanMcNeil.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Survivors are his mother, Jan McNeil of Point Blank; his son,John M. McNeil III of Houston, Texas; his brothers, James A. McNeilof Houston, Texas, and Timothy McNeil of Los Angeles; his aunts anduncles, Louis and Ann Blanchard of Point Blank and James E. andGladys Alford of Atlanta, Ga.; and numerous cousins.
