Services for Pauline Burris of Meadville were 11 a.m.,Wednesday, Nov. 21, at O’Zion Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home was in charge ofarrangements.

Mrs. Burris, 88, died Nov. 19, 2001, at Franklin MemorialHospital. She was born in Franklin County on July 10, 1913, toSanford McManus and Julia Jordan McManus.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of O’Zion BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, ClaudeBurris; and one son.

Survivors are her sisters, Evon Jordan of Meadville and MaryHelen Fossier of Baton Rouge; and a host of nieces and nephews.
