Graveside services for Thomas E. Butler of Napa, Calif., are 2p.m., Thursday, Nov. 29, at Masonic Cemetery in Monticello. WilsonFuneral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Butler, 80, died Nov. 20, 2001, at Queen of the ValleyHospital in Napa. He was born in Monticello on Sept. 16, 1921, toEdward and Myrtis Butler. He moved to California in 1940 when heentered the Navy.

He was a retired sergeant with Napa Sheriff’s Department. He wasa Navy veteran of WWII.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his son, Wayne Mulgrew;and his sister, Elsie Barron.

Survivors are his wife, Electra Butler of Napa; his son, ThomasD. Butler of Napa; his daughters, Linda Sue Bunte and JeanetteMulgrew, both of Napa; his sister, Lyda Langston of Silver Creek;and six grandchildren.
