Services for George Marion Lambright of Brookhaven are 3:30p.m., Sunday, Jan. 20, at New Prospect Baptist Church with burialin the church cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday from 5-9 p.m. at Brookhaven FuneralHome.

Mr. Lambright, 82, died Jan. 18, 2002, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. He was born in Lincoln County on Dec. 7, 1919, toGeorge Scott Lambright and Neely Ann Wilson Lambright.

He was retired from the National Guard. He was a Mason. He was amember of New Prospect Baptist Church, where he was a deacon. Hewas an Army Air Corps veteran of WWII.

Preceding him in death were his parents, and his son, DavidLambright.

Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Eva Nell Keene Lambright ofBrookhaven; his son and daughter-in-law, George E. and JaneLambright of Brookhaven; his daughter and son-in-law, Lucy and MattShell of Brookhaven; his brother, Edward A. Lambright ofBrookhaven; his nieces, Camille Grim of Brookhaven and Sybil Petersof Crowville, La.; his grandchildren, George Murray Lambright,Christopher Scott Lambright, and Katherine Allie Shell; and hisgreat-grandchildren, Christopher George Lambright and Emily NicoleLambright.
