Services for Floyd Daniel Hoover of Brookhaven are 1 p.m.Monday, April 1, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inEasthaven Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday, March 31, from 6-9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Hoover, 69, died Friday, March 29, 2002, at his residence.He was born in Leake County on Aug. 28, 1932, to the late Paul D.and Jewel McPhearson Hoover.

He was a retired vocational instructor at Copiah-LincolnCommunity College. He was a member of Jackson Street UnitedMethodist Church. He was a member of the Order of Masons. He was aveteran of the Korean War.

Survivors are his wife, Carolyn Payne Hoover; daughter andson-in-law, Teresa Hoover and Wayne Boyd, all of Brookhaven;brothers, Howard Hoover of Brookhaven and Cecil Hoover of LaPlace,La.; sister, Myrtis Hoover Rolling of Johnston Station; twograndchildren, Jason Boyd of Byram and Candi Boyd of Brookhaven;two nephews; and four nieces.
