Services for Perley W. Gill of Brookhaven are 2 p.m., Tuesday,April 2, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with burial in the churchcemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Brookhaven FuneralHome.

Mr. Gill, 91, died March 30, 2002, at his residence. He was bornin McCall Creek on Feb. 4, 1911, to Thomas Jefferson Gill andRoberta Howard Gill.

He was a retired farmer. He was a member of Concord BaptistChurch in Franklin County. He served in the Army as a Technician4th Grade Company B, 645th Tank Destroyer Battalion. He served inthe National Guard.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his brothers, EdardGill and Clarence Gill.

Survivors are his wife, Mary Gill of Brookhaven; his son anddaughter-in-law, David and Diane Gill of Brookhaven; his grandsons,Jeffrey Gill and Matthew Gill, both of Brookhaven; his nieces,Lavon DeYoung of New Orleans and Reba Roberts of Brookhaven; hisnephews, Wayne Gill of San Antonio, Texas, and Harold Gill ofAtlanta; and his sister-in-law, Mrs. Clarence Gill ofBrookhaven.
