Graveside services for Edward Matthews of Roxie are 10:30 a.m.,Thursday, April 4, at Roxie Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Franklin Funeral Home.

Mr. Matthews, 48, died March 30, 2002. He was born in Gowanda,N.Y., on July 3, 1953, to John Krebs and Eleanor Krebs.

He was disabled. He was a veteran of the Navy.

Preceding him in death was his mother.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, CarolynGarner Matthews of Roxie; his daughters, Ashley Matthews and KellyWallace Corban, both of Roxie; his brothers, Johnny Krebs andRichard Matthews, both of New York; his sisters, Sophia Borowczk ofNew York and Julia Saxon of Florida; and one granddaughter.
