Services for Robert A. “Trixie” Johnson of Columbia are 3:30p.m. Monday, May 13, at Woodlawn Pentecostal Church on Highway 98with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday, May 12, from 7-9 p.m. at Columbia ValleyUnited Methodist Church.

Mr. Johnson, 78, died Tuesday, May 7, 2002, at his residence. Hewas born in Lincoln County on Oct. 23, 1923, to Archie and ClaraRobinson Johnson.

He was an alderman for the city of Columbia and a retirededucator.

Survivors are his wife, Olivette Johnson of Columbia; adopteddaughters, Pamela Williams of Batesville and Alberta Jones ofPortland, Wash.; brothers, Fred Banks of Brookhaven, Emile Banksand Versie Clark of Chicago and Charles Clark of Hattiesburg;sisters, Monzola Banks and Mae Robinson Brown of Brookhaven andVelma Ford and Estella Richardson of Chicago; and a host ofnephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Cook Galloway Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
