Services for Thomas L. Harris of Meadville are 1 p.m., Tuesday,July 2, at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church with burial inBunkley Cemetery.

Tyler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Harris, 40, died June 27, 2002, at his residence. He wasborn in Franklin County on March 5, 1962, to Mae Ella WeathersbyHarris and Douglas Harris.

He was a former employee of Wallace Lumber Company. He was amember of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church. He was a graduate ofFranklin County High School.

Preceding him in death were his father; and his sisters, EvaCarradine, Myrtis Harris, Alvie Tucker, Mildred Harris and WillieMae Clark.

Survivors are his brothers, McArthur Harris and Clifton Harris,both of Brookhaven, Billy Harris of Bossier City, La., RichardStarks of Hammond, Ind., J.C. Harris of Natchez and L.C. Harris ofClayton, La.; his sisters, Elmarie Shaw, Prentiss Harris, WillieHunt, Pearlor Griffin, Sharon Williams, Lakisha Harris and FloraHarris, all of Meadville, and Shirley Dickey of Natchez; and a hostof nieces and nephews.
