Services for Evelyn E. Howington of Brookhaven were 11 a.m.Monday, Sept. 16, at Sylvarena Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Brookhaven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Miss Howington, 75, died Sept. 14, 2002, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. She was born in Wesson on Sept. 11, 1927, toWilliam Thomas and Virgie Case Howington.

She was a member of Brookway Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her brother, WilliamThomas Howington Jr.; and her sister, Dorothy Perry.

Survivors are her brother, Donald Howington of New Hebron; andher sisters, Marjorie Fore of Whiting, N.J., and Carolyn Howingtonof Brookhaven.
