Graveside services for Mavis Bryant Hux of Brookhaven are 2p.m., Friday, Dec. 13, at Wellman Baptist Church.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Brookhaven FuneralHome.

Mrs. Hux, 67, died Dec. 10, 2002, at Hospice Ministries inRidgeland. She was born in Alabama on Sept. 21, 1935, to Odi SylesBryant and Bessie Leona Cordell Bryant.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Big Springs BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, RichardHux; her brother, Odi Bryant Jr.; and her sister, Betty BellPistole.

Survivors are her son, William J. Hux of Pearl; and her sister,Loraine Larson of Brownsville, Texas.
