Services for Sam W. Richardson of Glasgow, Ky., were March 3, atHatcher and Saddler Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow MunicipalCemetery.

Mr. Richardson, 65, died Feb. 28, 2003, at T.J. Samson CommunityHospital.

He was a retired radiology technician at T.J. Samson CommunityHospital. He was a member of Glasgow Cumberland PresbyterianChurch. He was a member of Allen Lodge #24 F. & A.M. York Riteand Kosair Shrine.

Preceding him in death were his parents, the Rev. Thomas A.Richardson and Bertha London Richardson; and two brothers, WayneRichardson and Harry Richardson.

Survivors are his wife, Nancy Matthews Richardson; his daughter,Ellen Richardson Sullivan of Ocala, Fla.; his son, Kevin LeeRichardson of Glasgow; his brothers, George W. Richardson ofBrookhaven, James Richardson of Cave City, and Hubert Richardson ofLouisville; and four grandchildren; and several nieces andnephews.
