Services for Charlie Tolliver Jr., of Brookhaven, are 1 p.m.,Saturday, May 17, at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church withburial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 5 p.m., with family hourfrom 7-8 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mr. Tolliver, 72, died May 10, 2003, at Countrybrook LivingCenter. He was born in Lincoln County on July 5, 1930, to CharlieTolliver Sr., and Alberta Tolliver.

He was retired. He was a member of Springfield MissionaryBaptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Ora BrownTolliver; a brother; five sisters; and a daughter, Mary LouiseTolliver.

Survivors are his sons, Charlie Tolliver Jr., of Los Angeles,Calif., and Kim Tolliver of New Orleans, La.; his daughter,Patricia Dillon of Brookhaven; his brother, Frank Tolliver ofChicago, Ill.; his sister, Audrey Washington of Bogue Chitto,Geneva Glasper of Chicago, and Hattie Gray of New Orleans; and 11grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
