Services for Mary Jane “Mae” Elizabeth King of Brookhaven are 11a.m., Tuesday, May 20, at Big Springs Baptist Church with burial inBig Springs Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 4-10 p.m., at Harrigill Funeral Home,and Tuesday from 10:30-11 a.m., at the church.

Mrs. King, 91, died May 17, 2003, at Silver Cross Nursing Home.She was born in Bogue Chitto on Jan. 4, 1912, to Jack Johnston andEmma Smith Johnston.

She was a retired seamstress with over 30 years at Stahl-Urban.She was a member of Big Springs Baptist Church, where she wasinvolved in WMU and was a former Sunday school teacher.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Delton RayKing; and a son, John D. King.

Survivors are her son, Fred Arthur King of Brookhaven; herdaughter, Laura Agnes Brown of Soso; her sisters, Leathe MaeFreeman of Brookhaven, and Reathe Mae Kimble Robinson of Pensacola,Fla.; and 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and sevengreat-great-grandchildren.
