Services for Scott E. McInnis Jr., of Magee were at 10 a.m.,Saturday, May 17, at Mims Mitchell Funeral Home in Magee withburial in Magee City Cemetery.

Mr. McInnis, 59, died May 14, 2003. He was born on Sept. 28,1943, to Scott E. McInnis and Edna Dickerson McInnis.

He was a truck driver. He was a member of Pleasant Hill BaptistChurch.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Bessie Scarborough McInnis; hisdaughters, Teresa Davis and Melissa McInnis, both of Magee; hisbrothers, Billy McInnis of Bogue Chitto and Wiley McInnis ofBrandon; his sister, Ann Moore of Magee; and one grandchild.

Eugene “Red” Richardson Sr.

Services for Eugene “Red” Richardson Sr., of Brookhaven, were 3p.m., Saturday, May 17, at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church withburial in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Mr. Richardson, 82, died May 10, 2003, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. He was born in Lincoln County on Jan. 8, 1921, toFifus Richardson and Carrie Richardson.

He was retired.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Lola KellyRichardson; a son, Paul Richardson; four brothers; and foursisters.

Survivors are his sons, Eugene Richardson of Immokalee, Fla.,Alton Richardson of Brookhaven, Robert Richardson of Chicago, Ill.,Burt Richardson of Pascagoula; his daughters, Fannie Charles,Geraldine Lee, Lula McGee, Mary Williams, and Lizzie Hodge, all ofBrookhaven, Ethel Noonon of Lansing, Mich., Lillie Albert ofBrighton, Mass., Gloria Porter of Moss Point, and PaulineRichardson of Chicago; his brothers, Elijah Kelly of Brookhaven,Willie Kelly of Clinton, La., Nathaniel Kelly and Louis Kelly, bothof Greenville, and A.H. Kelly of Jackson; his sisters, Mary NellPeavy, Carrie Kees, Ruby Kelly, and Bertha Kelly, all ofBrookhaven; and 35 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, 22great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
