Graveside services for Eugene “Bobby” Herbert East Jr. ofBrookhaven are 11 a.m., Thursday, June 26, in Union Baptist ChurchCemetery. Community Funeral Services is in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. East, 72, died June 25, 2003, at Haven Hall Living Center.He was born in Lincoln County on June 11, 1931, to Eugene H. EastSr., and Minnie E. Boyte East.

He was disabled.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and a sister, Sarah M.Shaw.

Survivors are his sister, Brinie G. Yule of New York; and hisnephew, Donald Yule of Clinton.
