Monday funeral services are scheduled for a Brookhaven man whowas killed earlier this week when his van was struck by a train inCrystal Springs.

Michael Henderson, 46, died after his van was hit around 4 p.m.Monday by a train at a rail crossing in Crystal Springs. He died atthe University Medical Center in Jackson.

Authorities said the crossing did not have a warning light orgate, but visibility at the crossing was not a problem.

Services for Henderson are 2 p.m., Monday, June 30, at St. JamesMissionary Baptist Church with burial in Carver Heights.

Visitation is Sunday from noon-5 p.m., at Williams Mortuary.
