Services for Ruby Mae Bracey of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.,Thursday, Aug. 28, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inBethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Monticello.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5-9 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bracey, 87, died Aug. 26, 2003, at her residence. She wasborn in Simpson County on July 1, 1916, to William Jeptha Keyes andCeleta Angie Davis Keyes.

She was a retired seamstress at Stahl Urban Company and a memberof Pearlhaven Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, LeonBracey; her children, Bobby Sue Bracey, Nora Lee Ard and MaydeanBessonette; six brothers and five sisters.

Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Glenn and PatriciaBracey; her daughters and sons-in-law, Charlene and John W. Smithand Faye and Bill Winborne, all of Brookhaven, and Betty and KennyLanier of Lafayette, La.; 20 grandchildren; and 35great-grandchildren.
