Cassie Lambert Ainsworth
Services for Cassie Lambert Ainsworth of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Tuesday, Nov. 25, at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church withburial in the church cemetery. Services will be conducted by theRevs. Charles Kottenbrook and Howard Killingsworth.
Visitation is Monday from 5-9 p.m., and Tuesday from 10 a.m.until 2 p.m., at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello.
Mrs. Ainsworth, 91, died Nov. 23, 2003, at Haven Hall HealthCare Center. She was born in Lawrence County on Aug. 25, 1912, toLeon Lambert and Dena Barnett Lambert.
She was retired as a licensed practical nurse from LawrenceCounty Nursing Center. She had worked for many years as an aide andnurse at hospitals and nursing homes in Monticello and Brookhaven.She was a long-time member of Pleasant Grove United MethodistChurch, where she served many years as Sunday school teacher andSunday school secretary.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husbands, JohnnieT. Blackwell and Hollis Ainsworth; her sisters, Gay Laverne andJuanita; her brothers, Plez Lee, Grant and Jim; and agranddaughter, Shari Lynn.
Survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and MarionBlackwell, Glynn and Doris Blackwell, and Malcolm and GerldineBlackwell, all of Monticello; her sisters, Earlene Nettles ofMcComb, and Margie Renfro of Jayess; her brothers, Edward Lambert,Hayward Lambert and James Lambert, all of Jayess, and Arlie Lambertof Kokomo; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and fivegreat-great-grandchildren.

Hattie E. Hisaw
Services for Hattie E. Hisaw of Brookhaven are 11 a.m., Tuesday,Nov. 25, at Stricklin-King Funeral Home Chapel in Yazoo City withburial in Glenwood Cemetery in Yazoo City.
Visitation is Monday from 5-7 p.m., at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hisaw, 89, died Nov. 22, 2003, at her residence. She wasborn in Livingston on May 5, 1914, to Joseph Erwin and SaraWheat.
She was a homemaker, and a member of Southside Baptist Church inYazoo City.
Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband, Ira LeeHisaw.
Survivors are her daughters, Debbie Glenn of Brandon, EthelAllred of Atlanta, Ga., Lorean Wallace of Bogue Chitto, and MyrtVanluvan of Brookhaven; her sons, Thomas Hisaw of Southfield,Virg., Herbert Hisaw of Crystal Springs, Larry Hisaw of Ruston,La., and Neal Hisaw of Yazoo City; 26 grandchildren; and 30great-grandchildren.
Earnest Milton
Services for Earnest Milton of Brookhaven are 2 p.m., Wednesday,Nov. 26, at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto withburial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday from noon-7 p.m., with family present from6-7 p.m., at Tyler Funeral Home.
Mr. Milton, 59, died Nov. 19, 2003, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born in Lincoln County on June 27, 1944, to GeorgeMilton and Ethelene Braxton Milton.
He was employed at Delphi Packard Electric Systems inBrookhaven, and was an Army veteran. He was a graduate of EvaHarris High School, and attended Alcorn State University. He was amember of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto, wherehe served in the choir. He was a member of the Truck Club.
Preceding him in death were his father; a sister, LorethaTerrell; and his brother, Robert Milton.
Survivors are his mother, Ethelene Braxton Milton of BogueChitto; his daughter, Bridget Milton Sanders of Germany; and hissisters, Lena P. Rodriguez, Darlene Jackson and Glean Wells, all ofBogue Chitto, Lucille Underwood of Mass., and Linda K. Smith ofBrookhaven.
