LEADER wins top ad, printing awards

JACKSON — The DAILY LEADER’s advertising, graphics andproduction departments shared in 26 awards given Saturday by theMississippi Press Association, including first place in AdvertisingExcellence, Daily Division, below 9,000 circulation.

The newspaper also won the prestigious Best Print Quality Award,beating out all other newspapers in Mississippi.

“We are proud of these achievements,” said Publisher BillJacobs. “We have some very talented people working in thesedepartments, and they deserve these honors. I am especially proudthat some of these awards were given in competition against all theother papers in the state.”
