Mrs. Miller, 79, died Jan. 14, 2004, at her son’s residence inMt. Hermon, La.

She was a member of Franklinton Church of Christ.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Van and Clara Leggett;a son, Denver W. Miller; and a brother, Buddy Leggett.

Her husband, Carruth S. Miller, died Feb. 2, 2004.

Survivors are her daughters, Louise Dill of Covington, La.,Lucille Ashby of Louisville, Ky.; and Lynelle McClathy of Oakland,Ore.; her son, David C. Miller of Mt. Hermon, La.; her sisters,Ruth Mayers and Emma Jane Hoggatt, both of Brookhaven, Mary LouAuvil of Clinton, Ark., Shirley Harris of Baton Rouge, La., andClara Nelle Miller of Franklinton; her brothers, Rayford Leggettand Franklin D. Leggett, both of Brookhaven; 18 grandchildren; and8 great-grandchildren.
