Services for Freddie L. Thompson of Union Church are 2 p.m.,Sunday, Feb. 8, at Hickory Block United Methodist Church withburial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday from 1-6 p.m., at Williams Mortuary.

Mr. Thompson, 68, died Feb. 4, 2004, at Natchez Regional MedicalCenter. He was born in Claiborne County on Dec. 21, 1935, to T.J.Thompson and Addie Thompson.

He was retired, and was an Army veteran. He was a member ofHickory Block United Methodist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents and three sisters.

Survivors are his wife, Ora Lee Thompson; his daughter, JackieThompson of Las Vegas, Nev.; his son, Shawn Thompson of Las Vegas;his brothers, Johnny Thompson of Thibodeaux, La., Eddie LeeThompson of Marrero, La., and T.J. Thompson of Chicago, Ill.; sixgrandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
