Services for Nellie S. Britt of Wesson are 11 a.m., Friday, May14, at Stringer Family Funeral Services Chapel in Hazlehurst withburial in Bethesda Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from 9-11 a.m., at the funeral home.

Mrs. Britt, 83, died May 12, 2004, at BeverlyHealthcare-Brookhaven.

Preceding her in death were her husband; a son, James A. Britt;and a granddaughter, Heather Burris.

Survivors are her sister, Lillian Ellebee of Baton Rouge, La.;her brother, Marshall Strong of Simmesport, La.; a daughter-in-law;six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and ninegreat-great-grandchildren.
