Services for Vera Furlow Parker of Wesson are 11 a.m., Monday,June 7, 2004, at Community Funeral Services Chapel with burial inNew Sight Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is June 6, 2004, from 5-8 p.m., at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Parker, 70, died June 4, 2004, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on July 31, 1933, to Ulysses S. Furlow andEva Nell Byrd Furlow.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of New Sight BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, JamesE. Parker Sr.

Survivors are her sons, James Parker Jr. of McComb, William EarlParker of Crystal Springs and John Edwin Parker of Hattiesburg; hersister, Mary Nell Martin of Wesson; her brother, James E. Furlow ofWesson; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
