Services for Willie Earl Thomas of Jayess are 2 p.m., Monday,June 14, at New Life Apostolic Church in Summit with burial in thechurch cemetery. Hartman Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Sunday from 5-10 p.m., and Monday from 9 a.m.until 2 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Thomas, 21, died June 12, 2004. He was born in Nov. 8, 1982,to Harold Thomas and Barbara Brister Thomas of Jayess.

He was a high school graduate from Salem High School. He was amember of new Life Apostolic Church in Summit.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Willie M. andSusie Marie Thomas; three cousins, Tasha Ann Brister, Billy JoeSanders, Lonzo Laverne Thomas; and four uncles, Fred, Wayne, andHoward Sykes; Roy Edmund Thomas.

Survivors are his parents; his grandparents, Charles Ray andSarah Amy Brister of Jayess; his sister, Destiny Marie “Runt” DavisThomas of Jayess; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles Edwardand Kristel Thomas and Avery Joe and Amanda Thomas; his nephews,Austin Joe Thomas of McComb and Levi Edison Thomas of Summit; andtwo special friends, Luke Baughtman of Tylertown and Christy Powersof Kentwood, La.
