Charles J. Damico

Services for Charles J. Damico of Brookhaven were 10 a.m.,Wednesday, June 23, at the Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel withburial in the Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation was Tuesday from 4-8 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mr. Damico, 89, died June 21, 2004, at Countrybrook LivingCenter. He was born in Brookhaven on Aug. 1, 1914, to Joe Damicoand Salva Carnaggio Damico.

He was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran. He was a member ofSt. Francis of Assisi Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his brothers, Joe Damico, Nick Damico, Sam Damico,Vincent Damico and Johnny Damico, all of Brookhaven, and a host ofnieces and nephews.

Jack Ramon Davis

Services for Jack Ramon Davis of River Ridge, La., formerly ofNatchez, are 1 p.m., Thursday, June 24, at All Saints EpiscopalChurch, 100 Rex Dr., River Ridge, followed by a private burial.Bultman Funeral Home in New Orleans is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Thursday at noon at the church.

Mr. Davis, 72, died of cancer on June 20, 2004, at CannonHospice.

He was a retired opera singer and past employee of the U.S.Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Hewas a long-time resident of River Ridge. Mr. Davis was a graduateof Copiah-Lincoln Community College, the University of SouthernMississippi, and Tulane University in New Orleans.

Survivors are his wife, Barbara Hutson Davis; his daughter,Jennie Davis Kenwood, and her husband, Clifford M. Kenwood; and histhree month old granddaughter, Ivy Amelia Kenwood.

Memorials may be made to the Louisiana S.P.C.A. or the AmericanDiabetes Society.
