Services for Myrtle Lee Box Hamilton of Baton Rouge are 11 a.m.,Saturday, July 10, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel with burial inWesson Cemetery.
Visitation is Saturday from 10 a.m. until the service, at thefuneral home.
Mrs. Hamilton, 94, died July 8, 2004, at her residence. She wasborn in Wesson on June 7, 1910, to John Box and Mary Box.
She was a longtime resident of Baton Rouge and Lake Rosemound inSt. Francisville. She returned to Wesson in 1980 and lived thereuntil October 2002. She was a retried co-owner of Plank Road LumberCo. in Baton Rouge.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, BobHamilton of Baton Rouge; her daughter, Carol Ann Hamilton; and herbrother Johnny Box.
Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and ReniHamilton, of Baton Rouge; her grandsons, Zachary Smith Hamilton ofAustin, Texas, and Robert Samuel Jordan of Baton Rouge; hersisters-in-law, Hazel H. Box of Springfield, La., and MadelynHamilton of Lake Charles, La.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Box, Kevin Box, Scott Box, EdwardGraham, Dale Richard and Dusty Taylor. Honorary pallbearers will beTommy Berthelot, Leonard Gremillion, Francis Landry, Dr. Bill Long,Bobby McCandless, Larry Sanchez, Charlie Taylor, James Earl Whiteand Mike White.
