Services for Will Aubrey Case of Spanish Fort, Ala., are 2 p.m.,Tuesday, Aug. 10, at Brookhaven Funeral Home with burial inEasthaven Cemetery.

Visitation is today, from 12:30-2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Case, 79, died Aug. 6, 2004, at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope,Ala., following a lengthy illness. He was born in Brookhaven onJan. 27, 1925, to Claude and Amber Case.

He was a graduate of Brookhaven High School and entered theMerchant Marines in World War II. He had a varied career in salesand ultimately became associated with Plough, Inc., of Memphis,Tenn., where he became president of Plough Sales and director ofTrade Development Relations. He was married for 54 years to JeanMiller Case of Spanish Fort.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his two brothers,Rudolph Case and Carson Case.

Survivors are his wife; his son, Glenn A. Case and his wife,Theresa, of Memphis, Tenn.; his three grandchildren, Benjamin,Timothy and Amber Case, all of Memphis; his two sisters, ClaudiaThames and her husband, Bill, of Grand Junction, Colo., and MarilynFlowers and her husband, Melvin, of Madison; her brother, LarryCase and his wife, Margie, of Metairie, La.; and many loving niecesand nephews.

William Ray Massey

Services for William Ray Massey of Bogue Chitto are 11 a.m.,Wednesday, Aug. 11, at Catchings Funeral Home in McComb with burialin Hollywood Cemetery.

Visitation is today, from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9-11 a.m.at the funeral home.

Mr. Massey, 72, died Aug. 7, 2004, at Kenner Regional MedicalCenter after a long battle with congestive heart failure. He wasborn in Magnolia on Jan. 24, 1932, to William Leon Massey and ClaraBell Massey.

He retired in 1986 as a lineman for Highlines Construction. Hewas an Army veteran. He was married to Laura Helen Matthews Masseyof Bogue Chitto for 49 years.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his two sisters,Geneva Pine and Vera Nell Wallace.

Survivors are his wife; his son, Michael Massey of Bogue Chitto;his sisters, Ailene Woodall of Bogue Chitto, and Shirley Welch ofSummit; his brother, Vernon Massey of Bogue Chitto; two grandsons;and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members andfriends.
