The host Brookhaven Lady Panthers knocked off the Wesson LadyCobras 3-1 Tuesday night at the Hansel King Sportsplex in girlsslowpitch softball action. Lisa Covington and John Ogden coach theLady Panthers.

Brittany Smith was the winning pitcher.

Powering the Lady Panthers with 2 singles apiece were Smith,Taylor Crane and Christi Martin. Singling were Kelly Vinson, TerriHodges and Allyson Wallace.
